Below are some of the services we offer.
We specialise in spray coloured render.
Monocouche Rendering Systems are designed for weatherproofing external vertical concrete blocks or brick masonry walls. However, it can also be used for external or internal decorative renders.
Key features using this type of material are;
It is suitable for external surfaces such as concrete, concrete blocks, lightweight blocks, bricks and stone. Not only just external but internal surface use as well.
The main difference to traditional, sand and cement renders is that through coloured monocouche gives a crisper and cleaner finish. You will be amazed at the transformation of your property, giving it a fresh new feel and potentially adding value.
This finish is available in 20 standard k-rend colours and best of all is very low maintenance render.
This external render is self coloured and the client chooses the finish and colour it is an alternative to dry dash. Application to brickwork or block work gives the best finish and will provide a natural look, allowing the substrate to breathe.
The application of this material can be hand or machine applied dependant on the size of the job and it is usually applied with a k rend basecoat beforehand.
Thin coat silicon based render comes in two different textures TC15 & TC30.
Maintenance is low and will not require painting this particular type of render finish is best for external wall insulation and render boards.
As an alternative to K-rend finish above, we also provide K-rend ‘rough cast’
External insulated rendering can greatly reduce the amount of heat lost through your walls.
Instead of trowelling on a sand and cement render directly to the brickwork we first attach a thermal layer of cladding to the outside wall surface by affixing with a powerful adhesive and then drilling and pinning the thermal cladding to the underlying wall.
As most walls that need an external insulated render tend to be around 9 inches thick you can see the enormous difference an exterior insulating render system will have on your home.
There is lots of choice in the type of thermal cladding that can be used in regards to the finished look and colour. There really is something to suit every home and a lot of scope to dramatically alter the appearance of your home when using an external insulated render.
